NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY
We currently do not offer refunds. However, if something doesn't fit quite right, we're happy to help you exchange it.
A TIMELY REQUEST
Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order or purchasing in-store.
PRISTINE CONDITION MATTERS
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to decline exchanges for pieces that show any signs of wear.
CARE DURING TRIAL
To protect garments from makeup or product stains, each parcel includes a complimentary try-on head cover. We kindly ask you to use it when fitting your item. Items with makeup stains, perfume, or any visible marks will not qualify for exchange.
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
* In-Person: Drop by Kang's Kitchen (Colombo 7) to return your piece and try a different style from our fitting rack.
* Courier: You may send the item back at your own expense. Once inspected and approved, we will arrange a new delivery (shipping charges apply).
